Understanding The Warranty 

By registering your warranty with Spas4U it allows us to better assist you at the time of a claim. It is a requirement that you register your warranty within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

Replacement Parts

Replacement Parts are provided by the relevant supplier and may or may not be located locally in Australia or New Zealand. Please take into account the time it will take for a claim to be approved by the relevant part manufacture and/or supplier. 

Service Zone

Warranty in accordance with our Terms and Conditions will cover onsite labour charges for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery or collection. Onsite Labour warranty is only covered if you are within our service zone. 

We allow up-to 50km from our Store Location. If you are outside of this zone, then Travel Charges will apply. This will be quoted directly by the Technician prior to your job commencing. 

If you are located in a remote location and/or a technician is not available in your area, then parts only warranty will be offered in accordance with our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
