Standard Home Delivery Terms & Conditions
All final location standard home deliveries are referred to a third-party freight company and as such the delivery contract is made between the customer and the freight company direct. All delivery charges are paid directly to the delivery company on the day of delivery. Spas4u is not the delivery company and will not be held responsible for any damages caused to you or your property by the delivery company, your acceptance of these terms’ releases Spas4u from damage to your property. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the appropriate insurances are in place before the delivery takes place.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contracted delivery company has the correct access for the product to be delivered to the final location chosen by the customer. At no time will Spas4u be held responsible for a product which cannot be placed in the final location chosen by the customer. The delivery company also will not place the product in a final location if the freight company deems it to be unsafe to do so or that it will cause damage to the product.

Prior to the customer signing for the goods being received the freight company will unwrap the goods for inspection, the freight company will not remove the product pallet & packaging from your site.
All metro home delivery prices are quoted as a standard kerbside delivery. 

Customer Collection Terms & Conditions
Free Customer Collections are available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. We required 48 hours’ notice prior to collection.  Free Collection Points are available from our Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or Brisbane Warehouses.

If you are collecting, A spa will be upright strapped onto a shipping pallet and a Plunge Pool or swim spa will be in a crate.

If you are collecting a spa from our warehouse you need to completely cover the product during transport, to protect the product from heat damage.  On arrival to its destination the product must not be left in the Sun. 

When collecting goods please ensure you have the correct insurances in place prior to collecting your goods as we do not insure goods in transit to your property.

Regional & Interstate Delivery
Although Spas4u take payment for the shipping, this is not a contract of delivery between Spas4u and the customer, the shipping contract is between the freight company and the customer. All final shipping is referred to third-party freight companies and as such the delivery contract is made between the customer and the freight company. Spas4u is not the freight company and will not be held responsible for any damages caused to you or your property by the freight company, it is the customers responsibility to make sure that the appropriate insurances are in place before the shipping of the product takes place.

The freight company will deliver your goods to the nearest warehousing facility of you are outside the metro area. The client will be notified once it has arrived. The goods must be collected within 48 hours to avoid storage charges. 

All regional & Interstate shipping quotes on www.spas4u.com.au are outside the metro areas.
