Spas4u is pleased to offer our customers home and depot delivery to all major capitals. We have a network of delivery companies that we use and can put you in touch with. 

Delivery is not included in the purchase price, and will need to paid for prior to all depot deliveries. Home Deliveries can be paid directly to the drivers on the day. 

Spas4u can not guarantee a fixed date of delivery for any spas being sent to a local depot. Home Deliveries will need to be booked and confirmed directly with the drivers. All costs quoted for Home Deliveries are estimates only, and are subject to confirmation by 3rd party. 

 

Spas4u does not provide any transit insurance and highly recommend you consider purchasing this at your own cost. Check out https://www.nti.com.au/ 

No Liability will be accepted for any loss or damage during transit or in the care of a 3rd party contractor. 

Home Delivery is applicable for Metro Zones only. Metro Zone is considered to be within 50 klms from our Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane.

 

Spas4u can ship to any Depot Location within our distribution network via our friends at Bigpost.com.au. Fees and Charges will apply, please ask us for a free quote. Please note you are welcome to arrange own transport or delivery and are not required to engage with any of our suggested partners. 

All You Need to Know

Refund & Exchange

Here at Spas4u, we know how important it is to choose the right spa, so we are happy to offer a "Spa Swap" if you decide the spa you have purchased isn't right for you.

 

You must not have had the item collected or delivered and the item must be in our warehouse at the time of request. Your request must be made via email within 14 Days from date of order/sale or transaction.

 

The item you choose to swap to must be equal or higher value in price. 

 

Spas4u does not offer a refund for change of mind, however under special conditions we may be able to offer you a 30% refund of the total invoice amount for items not delivered or collected. Spas4u will retain 70% of funds to cover operation expenses associated with your cancelled purchase.

Spas4u offers customers a comprehensive warranty to ensure your new spa is in tip-top shape. 

We offer a Parts and Labour Warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery or collection. Labour is only covered within a Metro Zone 50 Klms from your nearest Spas4u Agent. Customers outside of this zone will be offered a Parts Only Warranty.

Spas4u will arrange any replacement parts to be sent to you at our expense.

Please note, that during peak periods stock levels can reduce and delays can occur. Spas4u works closely with our suppliers to source parts as swiftly as possible. 

Customers are responsible for the diagnosis using a qualified technician outside of the first 12 months or if located outside of our serviceable area. All faulty parts must be returned to your nearest Spas4u Agent at your own expense.
